A perfect coordination of all the dates for scheduling operations and production launch is also essential before expert hands cut, mount and assemble.
We make sure that technical specifications are strictly respected and develop an unrivalled manufacturing know-how: assembly of leak-proof and iron-on tapes, fastening of trimmings, piping, sewn pleats and smock, gusset making, sewing on the flat, bumblebee, shaped, closed, hemmed and folded seams…
Our production units are thus able to deliver items that comply strictly with defined technical and ergonomic constraints and specifications, within the desired deadlines.
