Leo Minor’s way

Leo Minor, a lion cub in Latin, is endowed with an enterprising, determined, noble and courageous character, but is also sociable, loyal and frank.

Our name also refers to a constellation located in the northern hemisphere, symbolized by our company logo, motivating creativity, discovery, innovation and progress.

These features and values, as well as our family background, make us a responsible and committed player.

Our social and collective commitment

We promote management and production methods that respect human rights, workers’ safety and the environment.

We adhere to the principles of ISO 26 000 and to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Our production plants are regularly audited and comply strictly to these procedures, notably with a ban on child labor, strict health and safety standards, with working conditions that respect people’s health.

Our actions for sustainable development

We promote the control and certification system of OEKO-TEX. We also ensure that all products, components and materials from our sourcing comply with REACH regulations.

Labeled “RFAR”, the French national charter for “Responsible Supplier’ Relations”, awarded by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, we develop relationships with our partners and suppliers based on the principles of the “Suppliers’ Relations and Responsible Purchasing” label according to the ISO 20400:2017 standard : responsible purchasing, prevention of corruption, financial fairness, the promotion of sustainable and balanced relationships between suppliers and subcontractors.
