An undergarment with autonomous thermoregulation

The need
When on critical missions, in confined situations or high temperature environments, body temperature naturally rises under the effect of stress, confinement or ambient temperature. It is a source of discomfort and major risk. The solutions available meet only partially the needs, in particular do not make it possible to significantly lower body temperature over time.

- Equipped with a miniaturized refrigeration system with an associated electronic compressor that produces cold continuously
- Joining technique allowing a very high level of material resistance and a significant increase in the covered surface area
- Maintains the user’s body at a constant temperature throughout the entire duration of use with an unequalled level of autonomy, ergonomics and comfort
- Flexible and light, not bulky, worn next to the skin, allows total mobility
- Reduces the speed of dehydration, muscular fatigue and the risk of loss of consciousness, fights against reduced vigilance, reduces the risk of burns thanks to the type of materials used
- Equipment successfully tested in Grand Prix automobile races and by the French armed forces engaged in Mali, FIA (International Automobile Federation) approved.
- Developed in partnership with XAP Technology, an electronics engineer specializing in on-board solutions for motor racing (F1) and the DGA (Directorate General for Armament)

Optimal assembly management

The need
The modularity of the outfits is made necessary by the variety of missions, the need for versatility, user flexibility, very high protection and the carrying of equipment such as heavy loads. During the design-development phase of a suit, the modularity and assembly of the various top parts together, as well as the inclusion of ancillary or specific equipment, is not always sufficiently taken into account. In use, the general ergonomics of the effects and functionalities are affected.

A stealthy intervention outfit
Fields: Stealth, IR and thermal fingerprinting, silhouette de-characterization, covering up the threat on different wavelengths including visible, near infrared and thermal infrared.
The need
In hostile terrain, faced with increasingly high-performance sensors, the need for camouflage or discreet intervention requires specific effects with high technical and technological intensity. There is no solution that combines the requirements of intervention in an enclosed area. The materials and products available are not designed for military use and do not allow the carrying of tactical equipment (camera, night vision system, radio, various weapons…).

- Design of a thermal insulation cage and silhouette de-characterization using textile assembly and laminated materials
- Creation of composite elements by mixing various substrates of different weights and densities, various coatings, etc…
- Optimization of general ergonomics (weight, flexibility), of shapes and colors
- Carrying tactical equipment
- Successfully tested under sensors in an operational situation reconstructed by the special intervention units of the Internal Security Service.
